Meisterschaften
Die Landes- und Gebietsmeisterschaften der Standard- und lateinamerikanischen Tänze sind für die vielen aktiven Paare und zahlreichen Zuschauer ein besonderes Highlight im Wettkampfkalender. An mehreren Wochenenden werden die neuen Landesmeister der Kinder-, Junioren-, Jugend-, Haupt- und Mastersgruppen in allen Startklassen ermittelt. Die Sieger erhalten vom Verband entsprechende Urkunden und Medaillen in den Farben Bronze, Silber und Gold.

FAQ
Antworten auf aktuelle und häufig gestellte Fragen.
Startberechtigt sind alle Paare der betreffenden Startklassen, die zum Zeitpunkt der Landes- oder Gebietsmeisterschaft für einen nordrhein-westfälischen Tanzsportverein starten.
Alle genehmigten Turniere werden in der Turnierdatenbank des Deutschen Tanzsportverbandes (DTV) veröffentlicht. In der Elektronischen Sportverwaltung (ESV) können Starts ab zwei Monate vor Veranstaltung angemeldet werden. Landesmeisterschaften haben einen Meldeschluss, bis zu dem Starts angemeldet und betätigt werden können.
Die Ausschreibung der Landes- und Gebietsmeisterschaften erfolgt üblicherweise Anfang März eines jeden Jahres für das folgende Wettkampfjahr. Die Vergabe der Meisterschaften erfolgt in der Regel im April eines jeden Jahres durch das TNW-Präsidium.
